The Client Manger works closely with their client and sales, dual sales colleagues, pre sales, delivery and operational support teams.


  • Empathetically analysing the client’s situation and buisiness requirements
  • Convience Clients to use [company’s] solutions
  • Advocating for client requirements while ensuring revenue growth and improvements margins
  • Build account strategies with key stakeholders
  • Build relationships with the client industry, business environment and stretgy to identify current and future opportunities
  • Client satisfaction throughtout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process (taking ownership of the commercial agreement)
  • Influence and work closely with vendors, partners and internal employees.


  • 4-6 year sales experience
  • 2+ years specific IT services / outsourcing sales experience
  • Proven sales capabilities
  • Sales Qualification (SPIN)
  • Commercial Degree, or similar
