The Thought Leadership program that we have initiated, with key partners, brings together a group of professionals who share industry insights and experiences across a number of sectors, with a common understanding of issues facing organisations in the 21st Century. Sharing thoughts and insights with others is an effective way of identifying practical solutions that can address similar issues and concerns.

The “In Conversation With….” series is an intimate gathering of “movers and shakers” who meet to discuss and share how their businesses have met key challenges. We have been fortunate to attract some key Australian and International Executives, who have provided other Senior Executives the ‘inside track’ into a plethora of organisational issues and practical techniques and ideas. We encourage Executives to discuss real life issues that benefit all attendees in some way and prompt ongoing dialogue, thus enabling significant business networks to be formed.

Coaching & Mentoring

Through our partnership with GuideMe and in conjunction with Orijen, we are able to provide an accredited professional coaching and mentoring programs to both corporate clients and individuals. Our programs are tailored to bring best of breed results for senior executives. Additionally, we provide services for career development and career life-cycle planning at all stages of a clients working life.

Career Transition Services

In addition to our accredited Coaching and Mentoring services and as a value add to our career development program, SESI Group provides a comprehensive career transition service (see Candidate Portal). This can include assisting with effective resume construction, behavioural competency interview coaching and psychometric testing by a qualified psychologist to assist in identifying strengths and helping the individual transition into their new opportunity.
